What We Do

CDJM Solutions is a virtual call center partnered with the Arise Platform and has built an excellent team of work-at-home independent contractors. Our agents are located throughout the United States, answering incoming customer service calls for many well-known businesses including vacation destinations, road side assistance and more. We pride ourselves in assisting our customers with first call resolution in departments including retail, technology, telecommunications, financial services and others.  Unfortunately, at this time, the Arise Platform does not service the following states: California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Wisconsin, and Oregon. 

Training: 

 Just as if you are taking a college course, you are required to cover the cost of your client certification. The cost of client certification varies. After successfully passing training and begin working, your client 

certification fees 100.00 or less will be reimbursed after a  60 day  probation period .​

Requirements

Telephone: Landline or VOIP Phone required. You may not use a cell phone to provide service. Your home phone line must be dedicated to your business with no special features such as call waiting, caller ID, voice messaging/answering machines, or fax services.

Internet Connection: High Speed Broadband internet providers such as Cable or DSL internet services are required. Dial-Up, Wireless and Satellite internet services are not permitted.

Computer: You can use a laptop or desktop, whichever you prefer, as long as you are comfortable.

You can use your laptop to service clients as long as your laptop meets the minimum computer requirements. Remember, you may not use any wireless connections at any time to provide service. Your laptop must be hard wired to a supported internet connection.

You will need a noise cancelling headset with dial pad which is what your home phone line will connect to.

Computer Specs:

CPU Speed Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better. (Atom, Celeron, Pentium and Opteron processors are not permitted).

Hard Drive 20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space .

Memory 4 GB of RAM or better.

 Operating System Windows 7 or Windows 10 (Windows 8/8.1 not supported by some clients)

Standard Connection and Speed Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload

Maximum Latency Threshold 120 milliseconds (ms) 

Monitor Recommendations 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p) Dual monitors may be required on some client programs Dual monitors are not supported on programs that use the Arise Secure Desktop (ASD) device

Job Responsibilities :

Address customers questions and concerns reguarding different products/services.

Provide product information, review all solutions and place orders for customers when needed.

Successfully address customer concerns using a variety of methods established by CDJM Solutions LLC guidelines.

Check Inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged goods.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
